I can draw:
✓ original / playable / fictional characters, animal companions. I work best with fantasy settings and feminine characters.^{• For fan art requests: make sure it's allowed by the IP owner, since 'fair use' does not apply to paid work.}Please do not request:
✕ real people, pet portraits; furries or anthro characters (kemonomimi OK); mecha, robots; nsfw; gore.^{• I have the right to decline any request I’m not comfortable with.}1. Although I'm always happy to have lots of creative freedom, any references are appreciated. Please also include a brief description of the character's personality.2. If you’d like for the artwork to remain private for some time or there’s a specific deadline, please let me know in advance. Additional fees may apply for urgency or long-term NDA.3. After your request is accepted, I will reserve your time slot in the waitlist. If you suddenly have any issues until then and can no longer afford the commission, please let me know ASAP.

Payment methods:
Wise or SEPA transfer (payment in EUR with no fees), PayPal (payment in PLN + 5% fee).1. Full payment is upfront.^{• Split payment plan is possible for orders over €300: 50% upfront and 50% upon the sketch approval. Other payment plans may be arranged for commercial work.}2. Let me know your payment method and plan (if applicable) in advance. Once it's your turn in the waitlist, I will send you a payment request or link due within 7 days.3. No refunds after the start of work.^{• You will get a full refund in case I’m unable to work.}

1. The average turnaround time for one artwork is 2-3 weeks and will never take longer than 2 months.2. I will send you sketches (+base color plan) for approval. In case of a complex artwork, I may first send you some thumbnail sketches.3. The process includes 2 rounds of revisions. Minor tweaks, adjustments, mistake fixes are free of charge. Minor revisions to the final artwork are possible. Any revisions to what was not defined beforehand (outfit, props, hairstyle etc) may be subject to additional fees.^{• Please remember to check your email to request a revision sooner and avoid any delays in the timeline. In case I don't get any response from you within a week, the sketch may be considered as approved.}4. The final artwork will be provided as a digital file at full quality (file of your choice: JPEG, PNG or TIFF). The resolution can be from 2400x3000 to 4800x6000 px unless requested otherwise. The artwork will include my artistic signature.^{• I will also provide watermarked image(s) for online display. All files will be available for download for 30 days via Google Drive.}

1. Base prices apply to personal use commissions. Additional fees for commercial use are listed below.Personal use means:
✓ printing on personal items, framing in private spaces;
✓ display on social media, websites or channels, provided that your page on such sites is used for private purposes only (neither contains any monetised content nor is used in connection with any business);
✓ please mention me when displaying the artwork online (sashadowart).Prohibited use:
✕ public display of sketches without my permission;
✕ any modifications of the artwork, except for cropping it for profile picture / banner (unless previously agreed upon for commercial use);
✕ any use in connection with machine learning / AI imagery / NFT.2. I reserve full copyright in the artwork. Unless you purchased any exclusive rights, I retain all usage rights in the artwork, including but not limited to, the right to make and sell prints.

1. A licensing fee is charged for commercial use. We will have a written commission contract with an exclusive licence, which will be perpetual but limited to specific usage rights (I reserve any other rights).2. Usage rights and fees (% of the base price)• digital marketing: 20%
