By commissioning me to create a custom artwork, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms.
I. GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. I will draw:
✓ original / playable / fictional characters, animal companions. I work best with fantasy settings and feminine characters.• If you request a fanart, please make sure it's allowed by the IP owner.2. I will not draw:
✕ real people, pet portraits; furries or anthro characters (kemonomimi OK); mecha, robots; nsfw; gore.• I have the right to decline any request I’m not comfortable with.3. If you’d like to keep the artwork private for some time or there’s a specific deadline, please let me know in advance. Rush fees may apply.• I do not accept commissions with an indefinite nondisclosure period.4. Although I'm happy to have lots of creative freedom, I'll always appreciate any visual references for the character along with a description of their appearance, personality and background. Please try to keep it short and clear.5. After your request is accepted, I will schedule your slot in the waitlist. If you suddenly have any issues or are no longer interested in the commission, please let me know ASAP.
II. PAYMENT TERMS
1. Payment methods:
• WISE or Bank transfer in EUR;
• PayPal transfer in PLN + 5% fee.2. The payment is upfront. For orders over €300, split payment is possible: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, prior to delivery of the finished artwork.3. Please let me know your payment method and plan (if applicable) in advance. Once it's your turn in the waitlist, I will send you a payment request due upon receipt.4. No refund after the start of work (you will get a refund only in case I’m unable to work).5. If payment wasn't made in a timely manner (within 3-5 days), I have the right to cancel your commission.
III. WORK PROCESS
1. The average completion time for one artwork is 2-3 weeks and will never take longer than 2 months.2. The work process includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. I usually provide WIPs with a sketch + base color plan for approval. In case of a complex illustration, I may first send you some rough comps. Minor adjustments to the finished artwork are possible.• Minor changes, tweaks, mistake fixes are free of charge. Any changes to what was not provided in your request (outfit, props, hairstyle etc.) may be subject to additional fees.3. Please remember to check your email to approve the WIP or request a revision sooner, to avoid any delays in the timeline. In case I don't get any response from you within a week, the current WIP may be considered as approved.4. The finished artwork will be delivered as a digital image file at full quality (format of your choice: JPEG, PNG or TIFF). The resolution can be from 2400x3000 to 4800x6000 px unless requested otherwise. Watermarked image(s) for online display will be included.• All files will be available for download for 30 days via Google Drive.
