GENERAL INFO

1. I can draw:
✓ original / playable / fictional characters, animal companions. I work best with fantasy settings and feminine characters.2. I don’t draw:
✕ real people, pet portraits; furries or anthro characters (kemonomimi OK); mecha, robots; nsfw; gore.*I have the right to decline any request I’m not comfortable with.3. The average completion time for one artwork is 2-3 weeks. It may be adjusted depending on your deadline (rush fees may apply).4. The process can include up to 2 rounds of revisions. I will provide WIPs with a sketch + base color plan for approval. In case of a complex illustration, I may first send you some rough concepts.5. The final artwork will be delivered as a digital image file at high quality (format of your choice: JPEG, PNG or TIFF). I will also provide resized and watermarked JPEG file(s) for web display.6. If you’d like to keep the artwork private for some time, please let me know in advance.

PAYMENT

1. Accepted payment methods:
• Wise in EUR or USD;
• PayPal in PLN only + transaction fee of ~5%.2. Payment can be split: 50% advance and 50% upon completion, prior to delivery of the final artwork. An upfront full payment would be preferred for simple commissions.

BASE PRICES

1. Character:
• bust: €150
• half-body: €200 (waist to mid-thigh)
• full-body: €3002. Background:
• simple: free (minor details)
• decorative: €50 (frame or aesthetic design)
• complex: €100 (detailed environment)^{*Prices are listed in EUR for reference only and depend on the artwork complexity. Commercial use rights incur additional fees (see below).}

USE RIGHTS

1. Base price commission means you will be granted non-exclusive personal use rights to the artwork. I retain full copyright in the artwork, including any reuse rights (can be negotiated).Personal use includes:
✓ printing the artwork on personal items or framing it in private spaces;
✓ sharing and displaying the resized artwork on websites, channels, social media (or using it as an avatar or banner), provided that the artwork is not used for commercial profit.2. Commercial use rights incur additional fees between 50-100% of the base price depending on the scope of use. The rights are typically granted for a limited exclusive use. Full copyright transfer can be negotiated.3. PROHIBITED USE:
✕ public display of WIPs without my permission;
✕ any modifications or alterations to the artwork without my permission;
✕ any unlicensed commercial use;
✕ any use in connection with GenAI or NFT.
